About the Kit

This kit was a lot of fun to put together. It states that these were made for five year olds and up but I even had a four year old working on this and he could also manage most of the project himself too. We had a ton of fun working on this and the end product was something that not ony looks good, but also runs too. Thus, you are getting the best of all worlds when you are purchasing this for yourselves.

In the end, you you have a Cars 3 fan in your family, you will love this kit too. It is a fun experience for the whole family and a kit that I would highly recommend to you!

As a part of the fun I received some fun new HASBRO toys that celebrate the Light side of the force. While this is only part of the toy line out there, it was still awesome.

Bears For Humanity Lets You Give Back School Rules #Giveaway

Thanks to Bears for Humanity for sharing their amazing bears with me so I can share them with you!

My daughter love stuffed animals, especially bears, they always have! That being said, we recently learned about a brand new company called Bears for Humanity that is completely different than any other bear I have ever seen or heard about.

Why is this company so different? Well… in exploring the company myself, I learned a few things. These bears are:

Made in the USA, giving jobs to those who need one through CalWORKs in Northern California
Made of certified organic cotton and hemp, so naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial, so you can feel great giving this to your child

However, what makes the company different than any other I have seen is that they have a Buy One Give One offer for every bear that they sell. That’s right, for every bear that they sell the company gifts the same bear to a child in need through one of six charities the company partners with. The charity agencies that they work with include:

This was inspiring to me and my family and we loved that the founders are doing this. Watch this video which gives a bit more depth into the company, their mission and the bears themselves.

When we received our bears the girls were ecstatic. They loved how they had a bit of weight to them and could easily sit alone and not fall over. The fur on the bears was pristine and you can truly tell that they are painstakingly made.

As a parent I can tell you that the bear is of high quality construction, very soft and definitely something that is going to last for a long time to come.

In the end I was really impressed with beauty and construction of the bear. The bear was soft with amazing stitching and lifelike fur, My girls loved the color of this bear and immediately named it and took it to her room. Best of all was the idea that each time you order one, one is donated to a charity. What could be better! This was a wonderful product made in the USA that was the perfect size for small hands to snuggle!

Modarri Cars Continue To Deliver Quality & Fun

As I have mentioned in the past Modarri is an amazing company that provides kids the opportunity to have creative play while learning as well as being able to truly be their own inner mechanic.

Modarri just released two new models — S1 Beach Cruzer ($19.95) and X1 Camo ($19.95) –just in time for the end of summer and Labor Day gatherings!

Modarri, owned by parent company Thoughtfull Toys, has been getting a lot of attention from consumers and toy industry veterans since they launched 18 months ago. Recently, the cars were even one of 18 products named Best Toys for Kids 2015 by ASTRA (American Specialty Toy Retailing Association).

With the addition this season of S1 Beach Cruzer and X1 Camo, the modular line boasts nine cars and a drawer full of accessories capable of creating millions of car designs. Both boys and girls love to engineer the final look, and then drive away on their own course — from the kitchen table to the playground blacktop.

New Marvel Ant Man Toys by Hasbro

It’s the Summer of Marvel and I was excited to get another box sent to me from HASBRO. This box had Ant Man toys in it, and as a fan of Ant Man I was excited to try this out. This toy was really more of a collector toy that you would place on a shelf, more than heavy play by children. As you will see in the interview with my daughter, we loved the detail and the toy itself. We did have some issues though with the legs on Antony as they went on fine, but then came off easy (a bit too easy) which is why I said that you really do not want to have have this as a toy that would be played with in heavy play (at least not Antony).

My Take on PetSac

My daughter loves monkeys, so I was excited for her to try this. That being said, I have to say her eyes simply lit up when she saw this and she jumped right in to try it out herself. I found that the backpack was very easy to use and very well constructed. It is made of high-quality, durable material, and while the backpack is lightweight, I was impressed with how much it could hold, and being made out of high grade material, it can withstand a lot. The way this works is that you pull up the tail and inside is a backpack that folds out. The backpack does fold out easily and you are ready to go. That being said, you simply reverse the process to transform your backpack back into a stuffed friend. My daughter had to practice a few times to get the hang of it, but now can do this with ease, and she is seven, so it works well, and she loves her new friend!
