I have a daughter that has ADHD and her doctor recently stated that there might be other options outside of taking prescriptions. My Take on the Vitamins

The Adult Probiotic Complete is delicious in the lemon creme that I tried. It has a deep lemon taste and it is so smooth. The gummies were not too chewy and actually did not stick to my teeth. I’m Being a SmartyPants and Getting My Nutrition On

As many of you know I turned the big 40 this year. Yes, let the jokes, fly, but I am over the hill! Even saying that makes me feel old (LOL). That being said, most people that know me in person would tell you that though this is the case, I am not the type of person that wants to be seen as old. I try to live life to the fullest, but I cannot say that I always succeed at making the most healthy choices, especially when it comes to diet and getting all of the nutrition that I need. This is why I loved getting connected to SmartyPants vitamins at the Dad 2.0 conference this year.

I try to eat healthy, but I know that there are times when I fail miserably and even worse, I know that I miss out on some of the needed nutrition that my body is craving. I have taken vitamins in the past, but to be honest I never really gave it much thought to think about what was in the vitamins. I know now that this was a mistake, but in the past, if I looked at the bottle and it looked complete, I took it on face value that it was (wrong assumption!).
