It’s Time to Step Up To Fitness This Fathers Day with New Balance!

I am someone that loves to stay active in everything that I do. Anyone that knows me will attest to this. I mean come on, my nickname in college was Spunky! As I became a father and my daughters grew, I have always tried to be active with them. Now, getting older has caused some challenges, but I still try and work out and do things with them to show them the importance of physical activity!

We have run 5K races together, taken extremely epic long bike rides, hiked, walked, played sports and more. In the end it is partially about fitness (as this is part of a lifestyle that I want them to appreciate), but moreso it is about time and the quality time that I want to have with them and they want to have with me.

In being active I have come to find that having the right shoes will make or break your performance.
