This past December I made a decision, to start getting back into a routine that would allow me to live a healthier life. When I say this, I was including such things as looking at what I eat, how much I was exercising and what I was doing to get my family involved in all of this too. I try to eat healthy, workout (as much as I am able) and be a good role model for my kids. I am not perfect, what parent is, but I try and am trying to do what I can to be around for some time to come. You see, I want to be able to share in the moments with my family as they grow, but also in the moments that my daughters have as they get older too, and I know that to do that I need to make good choices.

Last week I decided to go over to my local Walmart as I knew that they had a great selection of Nature Made vitamins and I had purchased Nature Made from them in the past. I wanted to stock up for my efforts as I was out of some of the vitamins and supplements that I typically take.

As you can see in the above picture, I love to go to my local Walmart in the early morning hours. Not only is the parking lot empty, but the store is too which is nice and allows me to get my shopping done quickly. The vitamins and supplements are well organized at my local Walmart too and close to the front which again offers convenience which I love!

The prices at Walmart are very reasonable and I find that they match up to any of the local stores which is another selling point in my books.

When I took these home and started using them, while I did not see an immediate (1st day) change, within only a few days I was feeling like I had more energy, and for some reason I also was feeling like I was sleeping better. Was it because of the vitamins and supplements that I was taking? I do not know for sure, but I think it had something to do with it.
