Forget About Mothers Day? Need a Gift? Sears Makes it Simple!

Holy moly, Mothers Day is only about a week away. Mothers Day really crept up on me this year and it left me completely unaware. I do not want to have a fatherhood fail here so I need a fast fix to find a gift that I know that my wife will love!

Fortunately I just heard about a brand new service that Sears offers to help dads like me who are in this predicament. Now you might be thinking, Sears? Do they have items that a mom would love? Well… it depends on the mom but from what I have seen online and in the store I would give that answer a resounding YES.

Whether you have a partner in life that is fashionable, an outdoors lover, fitness-focussed, Chef-extraordinaire or even a techie. The nice thing about Sears is that this store carries just about everything!

Now, as a parent, finding time and making these trips, especially with the kids can be a nightmare. In my household we go from extreme to extreme (Do you get that too?). One moment my daughters are excited about the trip and then they are at each others’ throats, or so it seems. So you can probably guess that taking the girls on these trips is not always at the top of my extreme fun lists. This has changed though because of the new service that Sears offers!

Sears recently unveiled its In-Vehicle Pickup shopping service. With this amazing new service lets you sit in the comfort of your home to buy that last minute gift through the Sears website or their app and then by selecting that you want to use this service you can drive up to your local Sears, park in a specially marked place and they will have the item ready. This means that I can pick up my item on the way home from work when it is only me in the car and I do not have to hassle with the kids, their arguing, their “stuff” and even the timing of things….talk about stress relief. I ended up finding a great item for my wife that I was able to order right online. Now you might think this is for the kids, but she wanted a Trampoline for the family….. yes, the family. Now, you might think that jewelry, flowers or something else feminine is what this mother would want, but nope… a trampoline it was!

So onto the Sears website I went and I found a ton of options. Once we found the one that I wanted, I found that while going through the ordering process, it was easy to simply check one box saying I was interested in the In-Vehicle pickup service. From there I downloaded the Seas app and I was ready to go.

When I got to the store I found the location to park and ended up getting my items without problem within only a few minutes. This service and their friendly workers make it stress free and simple!
