If you have ever had an issue with having undershirts staying tucked in, socks staying up or even underwear bunching up then you are not wearing Tommy John Clothes. I had the opportunity to try out some new Tommy John clothes and these are some great items that arrived just today!
You see I wear dress socks everyday and who doesn’t wear underwear, but for me I want to have high quality clothes that will last for a very long time and I can tell with Tommy John clothes will do just that. After I made the above video I tried on the socks and they truly do stay up so much better than other socks that I have. Too often I find that the socks that I have tend to wear out and get stretched out. This makes it hard to keep the socks up and I end up having to pull up my socks multiple times a day and many times I have to simply buy new ones. These Tommy John socks have great gripping power which hold onto your calf and stay put.
I also tried on the boxers and I will tell you that they are very comfortable. The size is true to form and with the comfort of the garment itself you are left with great support but also great comfort too.
I had never tried Tommy John clothing in the past, but I now see why others have been wearing their clothes for a long time. This is a great company with great quality clothing. I highly recommend this brand to all and will be coming back for more in the future!
If you have never heard the story of how Tommy John came to be I have included it below because, in my opinion, it is a very fascinating story!
The Tommy John Story
Tom Patterson faced this reality every day. As a medical device salesman confined to a suit as he traveled from meeting to meeting, he couldn’t get through the day without his undershirts, underwear and socks bunching, pinching and sagging.
“Fixing things” doesn’t mean tugging at your crotch or pulling up your socks again. It means finding a solution to this age-old problem, once and for all. It means understanding how men move, combining innovative fabric technologies and tweaking the fit down to the placement of the last stitch. Tom made this task his mission.
That’s why he quit his job and started Tommy John. With the support of his wife, Erin, a local tailor and a small team of designers, Tom re-imagined the fit, feel and function of man’s most fundamental layers. He built and patented new features from scratch. The result? Shirts that stay tucked, socks that stay up and underwear that keeps everything in place, whichever way a man moves.
