Seattle’s Best Coffee sent me a bag of their Level 2 coffee to test out on a new recipe for a smoothie (See below). While I am usually only a fresh Fruit smoothie type of person, I thought this sounded interesting, so I decided to try it out. The smoothie includes some great ingredients and by adding coffee it actually made it really stand out with a bold taste that was refreshing and good.

Bright and Lively, Fresh and Fruity Smoothie Recipe (2 servings)

• Seattle’s Best Level 2 coffee (1 cup, cold-brewed)
• Greek nonfat yogurt (1/2 cup)
• Banana (ripe and chopped)
• Honey (1 tablespoon)
• Peanut butter (1 tablespoon, use ground nuts if you don’t have peanut butter)
• Ice (about 3/4 cup)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Add ice until you reach the desired consistency. And then enjoy the drink and give yourself a little energy boost. BTW, feel free to check out their short step-by-step video for the Bright and Lively, Fresh and Fruity Smoothie Recipe.
