When I started using the Gillette Fusion ProShield, I found that it worked great, no matter if I was using shaving cream or not. The reason? The razor itself has a built in lubricant that allows the razor to easily glide across your skin. The razor also has some amazing pivot action that allows the blade to move with the contour of your face which is so much better than how many blade are stationary in their approach.

Sharp blades are most important for me when looking for a razor.
One that cuts well and does not leave stubble and also does not leave me with razor burn.
I like razors with at least 3 blades.
I want one that is not going to go dull after one use and since I am allergic to aloe, I need one that does NOT contain aloe! So that means no women’s razors for me.

It is hard to find a razor that works great and is affordable. I like 3 blades and a good handle. I have cut myself several times because the handle was slick.
This is the only razor my husband uses now. They are way better than the others and they don’t irritate his sensitive skin.
