I’m Being a SmartyPants and Getting My Nutrition On

As many of you know I turned the big 40 this year. Yes, let the jokes, fly, but I am over the hill! Even saying that makes me feel old (LOL). That being said, most people that know me in person would tell you that though this is the case, I am not the type of person that wants to be seen as old. I try to live life to the fullest, but I cannot say that I always succeed at making the most healthy choices, especially when it comes to diet and getting all of the nutrition that I need.
