I try to eat healthy, workout (as much as I am able) and be a good role model for my kids. I am not perfect, what parent is, but I try and am trying to do what I can to be around for some time to come. You see, I want to be able to share in the moments with my family as they grow, but also in the moments that my daughters have as they get older too, and I know that to do that I need to make good choices.
Part of these choices is finding ways to get the nutrients that my body needs to stay healthy and to stay balanced. While I do try and eat right (with some straying every now and again), I do find that there are times when I am just not getting the right balance of nutrients to feel right. That is what I choose to take vitamins and supplements to balance out my daily routine.
When I am looking for vitamins and supplements that are right for me I am looking for companies that offer a wide-array of options, but also offer high quality ingredients in their products and Nature Made has been a go-to brand for me for a number of years.
You see, I have been impressed with not only how I feel when I am taking their products, but also what I read about the brand too. Case in point, I just read a 2015 article recently that cited a report by Nielsen that showed Nature Made was the #1 best-selling brand for quality vitamins, minerals and supplements and I can see why. I also saw in US News & World Report that in the Pharmacy Times Survey, Nature Made is the #1 Pharmacist Recommended Brand in Nine Categories and many of the nine which include (Letter Vitamins, Omega-3/Fish Oil, Coenzyme Q10, Flax Seed Oil, Herbal Supplements, Cholesterol Management-Natural, Garlic, Diabetic Multivitamins and Mood Health Supplements) are ones that I was already using with Nature Made.
For 2016 I have made a pledge to myself that I will stay more vigilant on my health routines (including exercise, eating and more). I have started to workout every day and am continuing to take my vitamins, eat out less, pack healthier lunches, etc.
Last week I decided to go over to my local Walmart as I knew that they had a great selection of Nature Made vitamins and I had purchased Nature Made from them in the past. I wanted to stock up for my efforts as I was out of some of the vitamins and supplements that I typically take.
As you can see in the above picture, I love to go to my local Walmart in the early morning hours. Not only is the parking lot empty, but the store is too which is nice and allows me to get my shopping done quickly. The vitamins and supplements are well organized at my local Walmart too and close to the front which again offers convenience which I love!
The prices at Walmart are very reasonable and I find that they match up to any of the local stores which is another selling point in my books.
I close to get a variety of different items this time including some of the vitamins you see here:
When I took these home and started using them, while I did not see an immediate (1st day) change, within only a few days I was feeling like I had more energy, and for some reason I also was feeling like I was sleeping better. Was it because of the vitamins and supplements that I was taking? I do not know for sure, but I think it had something to do with it.
This is what I have chosen to do with my health in 2016, what about you? What journey are you on? If you have not yet started to change your daily routine, it’s not too late and I will be the first to vouch for Nature Made as a great way to help you along the way!
