My Take on the series
WOW, this series is powerful! As you watch, you are transported into a story that is honest, eye-catching, and challenging at the same time. Zendaya presents an amazing character that will transfix you in the end, you have a series that gives you a lot to enjoy. Not only do you get strong acting, but the cinematography and writing make each episode explode, and you are drawn further and further into the world of Rue. Zendaya is captivating in her role and in playing the self-destructive, self-loathing Rue. She truly embodies the character completely and ends up mesmerizing the audience in every scene.
