Our second night in Plymouth was at Hotel 1620. This renovated hotel is in a perfect location. Tucked right off the bay, Hotel 1620 is right across the street from the water and a short walk from all of the Plymouth activities.
Hotel 1620 offers a great indoor pool, and fitness center for guests and also has a full restaurant and pub that guests can frequent if they so choose. While Hotel 1620 does not offer complimentary breakfast to guests the breakfast that we had was a full breakfast as they had a full working menu that was very complete. The food was filling and tasted great!
The rooms at Hotel 1620 had recently been renovated and you could see that they took time to provide guests with ultimate luxury in comfort. The beds were very plush and the décor was modern. There are large screen flat screen televisions within the room and WIFI is complimentary throughout Hotel 1620.
After a full day of exploring Plymouth and Cape Cod we just wanted to relax. The kids wanted to swim and I needed to do a little work before sleeping.
The kids went right to the pool and they loved the experience. They had the pool to themselves which let them have a ton of fun. The atrium where the pool is located is very warm which allowed the kids to not be freezing while they were drying off at the end of the night.
For me, I was doing a bit of work and I found that I could get a ton of work done and the WIFI was very fast.
The beds in Hotel 1620 were very comfortable and plush and let me tell you, we all slept very solidly in this well-furnished room!
Hotel 1620 is a hidden gem in Plymouth that has an amazing location and a ton of amenities too. If you are planning a trip to Plymouth anytime soon, keep Hotel 1620 in mind!
Here is a video on my thoughts on Hotel 1620 (One update – breakfast is not included as I first thought)
