With Easter hopping up, it’s time to think of creative and fun Easter baskets ideas for some-bunny special. Instead of loading up on chocolate and candy this year, VTech invites you to create a toy-tastic basket that will help extend your little one’s learning and fun on the InnoTab, as well as a few other VTech best-sellers that your kids will love!
My Take on the These Great VTech Gifts!
All of the toys above were so much fun and are great additions for any Easter Basket.
The Switch and Go Dinos Turbo gives you car that will zoom around the room while at the same time converting into a dinosaur (what could be better for a young child). You also get some cool dinosaur facts when you press the talk button. It was also easy to transform and my girls had no problems with this, even my youngest who is six.
Go! Go! Smart Wheels® Vehicle – The Go! Go! Smart Wheels® Vehicle that I received was perfect for the younger child that loves to just play. These toys respond directly to the Go! Go! Smart Wheels® Playsets so you can electronically connect all of the different vehicles to the set in question. The vehicle also teaches you about a specific letter, making the toy both educational and entertaining.
InnoTab Doc McStuffins software cartridge – The InnoTab Doc McStuffins software is perfect for the Pre-K or Kindergarten student. It will challenge them in many ways. There are a ton of games that my youngest just loved playing, including Letter Bubbles and the Ballet Dance Party. All of the games are developmentally appropriate and provide the child a way to enhance their own abilities while still connecting to a character that they love. I would say that in my perspective this is a game that would be best mastered by a five or six year old, but this is also the age range for my youngest too. All-in-all this is a great way for a young child to learn while not really knowing that the learning is taking place!
InnoTab Sofia the First software cartridge – The InnoTab Sofia the First software was a very cute game that any Sofia the First fan will enjoy. My six year old as already a fan so she was excited to try this for herself and put it to the test. As a parent I watched intently to see what the game could provide outside of just entertainment value. I have to say that I was impressed with what I found. The game itself was both educational and entertaining like other Innotab games that we have tried, but this one really drew my six year old in. She loved playing the game to be able to solve the clues and interact with Sophia’s friends. In watching my daughter I came to see that this one was quite a bit easier for her to master than some others, which made me think that a younger child that six might be a bit more challenged by the games themselves, though my six year old, still had a blast with the game itself.
These toys were great fun!
