I have to say that the tissues that I was sent were sent in perfect time. Everyone in my family has been sick with the common cold for the last few days and with that in mind we have been going though a ton of tissues. That being said, when looking for tissue, I am looking for something that is soft but durable and will not completely implode when I have to blow my nose. - oral decongestants,
- nasal saline irrigation and select nasal sprays,
- Aspirin or acetaminophen may be useful for the body aches that may accompany the first 24 -48 hours of a cold.

- Sleep – make sure to give your body the rest it requires to naturally rid the body of a cold.
- Exercise can be useful to thin out mucus and increase the activity of white blood cells – if the person feels well enough to workout.
