When I think of my cats I think of family. I see the two cats that as have as extensions of my family and treat them as such. With that in mind I am always looking for new ways to treat them well and to give them healthy, great tasting food that will not only sustain them, but will also make them happy. This is especially true with my oldest cat who is 13. Lately he has not been eating as much, so the vet told us to start giving him soft food to help him eat more. I did my research and found that there are a ton of different moist cat food brands that state that they offer the moon and back, but not all do. When I went to the store to pick this up, I was amazed at how many varieties that they had and many were ones that I thought that my cats would simply love! I decided to go for it and jump at garabbing one of each variety to test them out and see how they enjoyed them. I liked the design on the cans as they look expensive. One thing that I was a bit surprised at was the size of the can. We have purchased larger moist cans in the past and I thought they were all the larger ounce can sizes (we have lids for these). With the fact that these were smaller I anticipate having to either try and find a smaller lid from a pet food store, or using saranwrap or other type wrap to keep it good, especially if my cats do not polish it off in the first try.

In taking these home and opening the can the food had a pate look to it and was smooth which I knew would be good for my oldest cat Puffy. I ended up giving my cats a number of the varieties and thus far, all of have been a hit. For me, I am looking for cat food that is healthy and made with quality ingredients for a reasonable price and Sheba seems to have all of the above!

If you look at the below image you can see how happy my cat is, and for me this is what I am looking for in a cat food. Not only does it make him happy but it makes me a very happy caregiver and parent to him! On top of all of this it also gives me peace of mind to know that I am giving my cats healthy food that will give them the nutrients that they need for the future!
